Tailored strength coaching - built around you, not a generic plan

This is for women who want individual attention, expert technique guidance, and a programme that progresses at the right pace for their body.

1:1 personal training is the most direct route to results - because everything is built around you specifically. Your starting point, your symptoms, your goals, your recovery, and how your body is responding at this life stage. There are no generic plans here and no one size fits all approach.

Whether you're completely new to strength training or you have some experience and want to progress with more structure and confidence, we start where you are and build from there.

How it works:

Your first block begins with a full initial consultation covering your lifestyle, goals, training history, and nutrition. This isn't a formality. It's how I build a clear picture of what your body needs right now, what we need to take into account, and where we're starting from.

At this first session I also take a set of baseline measurements - squat depth, press up capability, wall sit length, stand to sit squats in 30 seconds, and more. These give us an objective starting point and we repeat them in your final session so you can see exactly how far you've come.

From there, sessions focus on technique, progressive loading, and building the kind of consistency that compounds over time. I also provide guidance on nutrition alongside your training - not complicated meal plans, but practical, evidence-based advice that supports what you're doing in the gym.

Between sessions you're not on your own. You have a bespoke home programme to follow between appointments, WhatsApp support throughout your block for questions, guidance, and accountability, and access to my research background - if something relevant comes up in the evidence that applies to what you're working on, I'll share it with you.

All sessions are 1 hour.

Sessions are held at Rise Above Gym, Old Sarum, Salisbury - a calm, well-equipped environment that is a world away from the intimidating commercial gym experience.

Pricing:

  • 4-session block - £150, to be used within 6 weeks

  • 10-session block - £350, to be used within 15 weeks

The initial block always begins with a full lifestyle, goals, and nutrition consultation and baseline measurements. If you continue with a further block, we pick up where we left off - with a quick goals check and another set of measurements at the end to track your progress over time.

The 10-session block gives us enough time to establish solid technique, progress load meaningfully, and build the consistency that produces lasting results.
