Work With Me

Strength Training for Women in Perimenopause and Beyond - In Person in Salisbury and Online

If you've been doing everything right and nothing seems to be working anymore, the first thing I'll tell you is this: slow down.

Not because you need to do less, but because rushing to find the next programme, the next fix, the next thing to try is part of what keeps women stuck. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is strength.

What I've found - both in practice and in my research is that most women don't need more. They need clarity. On what's actually happening in their body, why the old approaches have stopped working, and what a consistent, sustainable approach looks like for them right now.

This isn't just about exercise. It's a whole lifestyle shift. And that's where we start.

Before any programme begins, we slow things down. We look at what's going on - your goals, your nutrition, what you're eating and when, your recovery, your energy. All of it informs how we work together. That's the foundation of The Stillpoint® Framework, and it's where real progress begins.

Scroll down to find the ways we can work together.

What Becomes Possible

  • You'll understand why strength training matters at this stage of your life - and how to do it in a way that's easy to follow and never overwhelming.

  • You'll feel comfortable, safe and supported from the very beginning - no matter where you're starting from.

  • You'll learn at your own pace, with clear explanations and time to feel confident before anything progresses.

  • You'll finish with a much better understanding of lifting, improved confidence, and the motivation to keep going.

  • You'll have the confidence to train on your own - at home, in the gym, independently.
